On Stumbling into the Blogging World.

I am not certain as to what I have got myself into but why not – I love writing so why not have my at times illogical thoughts put in a logical order of blogs? But I literally stumbled into this blog site – while doing last minute research on my legal opinion on the possibility of entrenching the NZ Bill of Rights Act 1990 WHICH by the way is due midday tomorrow:) So i decided to subscribe – by the way it’s a free blog site and rarely do we find anything for free these days hence the more reason to try this out! Anyway here I am writing what will soon be my first entry into the blog world (whatever that is). My opinion awaits me…..

Welcome to the world of Blogging! what you have put yourself in is: ‘you have put yourself onto public sphere so bear in mind if ever in the future you wanna file action for invasion of privacy and the likes… the Court will likely say…well condi, there is no invasion of privacy because in the past you have actually voluntarily invited the public to get onto that space… by getting a BLOG!’ bhahahaha…..

Well Cecilia:) Thank God that the law is not static. As common law develops, I am sure there will be cases and legal principles put in place recognizing privacy and tort in general. Or maybe ladies like yourself might want to influence the legislature in enacting laws acknowledging the existance of issues such as the invasion of privacy.
